I misjudged my ability to get stuff done after my trip, so we will still be opening tonight, just not until 10pm! Here we go! Please message this tumblr with your alias, and the face claim you’d like to reserve. If somebody else has snagged your pb before you, I will message you to let you know so that you can claim somebody else. This post will be updated with reservations.
Please keep in mind that there is only one person managing this tumblr, and I’ll be on and off the computer today so don’t be worried if I do not automatically update the face claim with your reserve when you send it. Just be patient :D.

WNMHGB is opening AUGUST 21st at 8pm EST! Face claim reserves will open AUGUST 20th from 8am - midnight EST and will only last one day after the site opens.
This is to make sure that people who want a certain face but can’t make it on the day of the site opening, have a chance to reserve them. It also makes sure there is quick turn-over so that people who are beaten to a face, don’t have to wait around forever for a reservation to run out. Once the site opens, there are no play-by reservations.
My childhood years consisted of watching Voyager, and I always thought it was a great storyline for an rp! As to your questions, of course same-sex relationships will be allowed! Also, if the two players agree to the relationship, then I have no problem with non-canon, canon relationships :3 (it is an au universe anyways!). Currently one of our mods has nabbed Kirk, so you will have to talk to her when the site opens!

Competitive, domineering and smug when working, its surprising to see how awkward, loud and obnoxious she is when off duty. She wasn’t graced with natural talent in the social department, not even recognizing her patronizing behavior towards younger officers, even unto the captain. Like many others from her home world, it’s hard to get any personal information out from those tightly, sealed lips but the Maquis have it even harder. They seem unworthy and brutish to be caring such titles and ranks that others had to fight and study for.
This is a Star Trek 2009 inspired board, so of course we have TOS canons :3 but we are following the timeline of JJ Abrams movie, keep that in mind. So we have Kirk, Spock, Scotty, Bones, Uhura, Sulu, Chekov, Chapel and Rand. Those are the only TOS canons we are allowing, and lets face it…they really are the most important :D. However, if you do have a TOS canon you’d like to see…you can always submit it and I’ll think about it. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! I’m so happy you guys are interested!

WHEATON claims to have been on the wrong ship at the wrong time, or the right time…depending on who he is talking to. A bit of a con-artist, WHEATON found himself working on the cargo ship when it was captured by ROSWELL. It didn’t take too long for him to decide sticking with the new management since his other option was going back to Earth, which in his sight wasn’t an option. Sarcastic, overly-dramatic and a penchant for thinking up insulting nick-names, he was not a much beloved crew mate though at times he did amuse and lighten the atmosphere. Safe to say, he is finding it even harder to make friends with this new, stricter, phasers-up-the-bum crew members and it is difficult when he continuously misuses and forgets titles and ranks . He much preferred the no-hassle, do what you can environment on the Maquis ship to these regulations and dress codes. To add to the growing horror, he has been given the job ‘maintenance engineer’, code word for janitor. At least with the Maquis he felt like he was doing something right, which was a first for him.
The 13th is Antonia Thomas, her blurb is:
Oh OBI. Her nick name on the Maquis ship was ‘serial killer’ partly due by WHEATON as well as her quiet yet alarmingly energetic nature. Born on Betazed, she was extremely closed off from the outside making her an introvert but joining Starfleet allowed her to socially grow, though not in the direction her parents may have wanted. A scandal erupted in her second year when she cheated on an exam by using her telepathic gifts, and not being able to handle the stress, she used a Starfleet space pod to take her to a colony near Vulcan, and there witnessed the destruction of the planet. A few months later, the Maquis picked her up as it refueled. It seems as of right now that her main goal in life is to amuse herself by watching people, sometimes getting involved to throw a bit of chaos in like unannounced swearing, or some obscene gestures just to garner some attention. People find her entertaining or rude, inconsiderate and selfish. Her quirks have led her to be a solitary person, and can be found more often reading human literature then conversing with people.
I’m still deliberating on whether or not to have reserves, because I’ve found trying to join a site that did tumblr reserves is off-putting, especially when you see a wall of reserves that will last for four days. I might just do canon reserves, or either maybe face-claim reserves and the reserve will only last a day. If you guys have any input on this subject please feel free to message, because I’m quite undecided at the moment.
